CANNOT BE DONE REMOTELY. You must walk the customer through which buttons to press on the machine interface.
Customer must first press LOG IN button and login as admin:
Default username / password: admin / 1111
MACHINE STATUS (hard button) > TOOLS > DEVICE SETTINGS > SUPPLIES > SUPPLIES PLAN ACTIVATION CODE
Here the customer will enter the PIN number given by Xerox. after they confirm it the incompatible error will go away.
If you get a message about the code being incorrect, do not call Xerox again. Escalate this to Christy.
